10.26.12 finds

I keep digging, can't find it if I don't. Anyone with and idea of the big round brass thing, it has small holes in each outside point, plain on reverse (TIA). I'm gonna start keeping all my shotgun brass. didn't use to. Managed to get some poison oak rash too, gotta be more careful.

My guess is it could be part of a bridle rosette () How many inches in diameter?
