10th day out , clad , 3 parks hunted

Hello, 10th day out was alot of swinging with not as many clad coins as i usually get, hitting some heavily hunted parks today, 3 of them pretty slow going, tommorrow i am going about 30 miles away to a state park i use to work at, i know the layout and there is a beach, tommorrow i plan on doing my first all day hunt , if i can get up early , --------today i hit a bullet 3 times with my srewdriver luckily i did not hit the spot to make it fire it's a large caliber 300 H&H super speed bullet, kind of gun for elk , someone must of been target practicing in the park, , has anyone ever got shot this way by hitting a bullet?? maybe a good reason to invest in a electric probe pin pointer, i started out the day with my second foreign coin, a canadian cent, also found 17 pennies, 5 dimes, 3 quarters and 2 nickels. hope for a better showing for you all tommorrow on my exciting hunt, happy hunting all , Dusty

Some nice finds, but I would check the regulations on hunting in state parks. Most are taboo. Way to go and keep em coming!

Hello, your right, but 64 in my state are legal including the one i am going to , i know the rangers also and asked permission to hunt in the day use area, beach and even can go in the campgrounds, take care Dusty

nice finds man, I'm about on day 10 also, gonna give the beach a few days to replenish, in the meantime...gonna hit the parks around here again

good luck to you rommelvon , parks are fun and a good place to hunt, fun to see how many coins can be found and never know what kind of jewlery to be found, i need to find some old homesteads house's to hit up, wanting to find some old coins, later Dusty
