1101 Coins (HELP!)

Can anyone please identify/authenticate these coins? And perhaps give an estimation on how much they are worth? There's something written: Un Peso Sagrado Verdadero

It's not a coin. It's a religious medal, with St. Joseph and crossed keys. They are popular in the Philippines, where they're known as "anting anting". I don't think they have much monetary value I'm afraid.

Here's a guy (a few years ago) who was buying them at $30 each.

BTW, 1101 is not the date of the coin.
