Here a nice quality Quartz Stemmed Point, likely a Squibnocket Stemmed Projectile Lanceolate Point

Or Small Stemmed Type

And a Stunning Small Quartz Hafted (Stemmed) Scraper. I really like this well shaped tool and the fine quality of the lithic.

Good finds. Be careful with the first hafted scraper. It looks like it could easily shear off along the fracture.

Nice finds glad someone is getting out .

Nice point. The small scraper is a beauty. I am always amazed at what they could do with quartz.

And that’s the nature of quartz. It appears to be a layer that was formed in the original crystallized sediment.

I hear you.
Some of the quartz artifacts in my possession, I refer to as jewelry grade. Believe me, I handle them like they’re delicate cut gemstones.

I find Milky quartz frequently in certain parts of our place. They seem to be less attractive, less skillfully made. Maybe they are older than Thought to be.
