13th Century Wreck is Earliest English Medieval Shipwreck Site

Thought this was pretty cool, but what is the preservation process going to be like compared to wrecks from say, the 18th century? There are a few good pictures in the article, along with a brief interview video that includes some dive video:

The preservation process will probably be the same with electrolysis of metals and fresh water rinse of textiles. Cool find.
