here 3 docs. Most likely this was on the ships 1605. However, could been on the lost 4 galleons or on the ships which made it back to Jamaica and Cartagena.
The maps which I build illustrates the most possible location of the ship wreck of the Son Roque, near Bajo Nuevo. I believe only the leading ship was lost there, the other 3 made it west towards Honduras, which brings us back to Simon Zacharias story. The total burden load of the 4 lost ships is about 2200 tons, in comparison the San Jose was 1030 tons. We can assume the total treasure aboard on the 1605 is perhaps double than that of the San Jose ( up to 20 billion). How much and what was on the 1606 fleet?

Whose territorial waters might these be in? Looks like Bajo Nuevo is disputed but the Colombia Navy is patroling the area.

Yes I know this. However we got an application in w the GOC for a non intrusive investigation. This may do the trick. How ever its important to have some idea were to start.

Thanks for the advice. I wonder if I know you, was in NY last year for a few months. After all we are looking to get a sailboat to do an investigation. Also my visit in the mine of Potosi, a very good relationship with the Qhara Qhara in Bolivia and a meeting with the minister of culture in Colombia regarding the San Jose was worthwhile. I did visit the AGI in Sevilla, spend 4 month recently in Roatan, sitting in the chair of C Colon in Santa Dominga, and so on. Therefore I believe sharing info eventually give us funds to go for the real stuff. However, you are right, there was an unpleasant outcome by connecting directly to a member of this Platform.
