1683 V III coin

Found this coin today. 1683. With a harp on the back. It's very heavy and thick and I've never seen one before. It has VIII in lage letters across the front and I think it says aggold on the side. Anyone that can shed any light please do

Been finding all sorts in this place.. 17th century stuff a few 1680 coins and lots more
