Nice little silver ring, I know this is 1700s from the look and where I found it in the colonial farm what's this thing in the last picture at the bottom? And the button in third picture? this land was settled around 1712, by a family who was kicked out of new bern, some dispute with the family who founded new bern nc. the family still lives and farms here, i have found many colonial coppers, hundreds of buttons and cut spanish silver, but this little ring is about the best,

real nice everything :icon_thumleft::icon_thumright:

Would love to see the back of that ring too. That's, uh, probably a banner find if I may be so bold.

That ring is incredible man :headbang: A heart with a engraved flower... WOW!

Nice finds, especially the ring! No doubt in my mind that is 18th century.

Thanks I put a pic of the back on the first post, banner worthy? Wow that's great

Beautiful ring, looks 18c to me but I'm no expert. Love the whole handful! :icon_thumright:!

That ring is outstanding! The etching on the front face resembles some of the 18th century tudor rose designs, but with only 3 pedals so as to fit the heart shape. Really nice man!

Nice finds! Can't stop feeling bad for the family who was kicked out of "new bern" though... Thanks for sharing...

My thoughts exactly. Very similar looking. That's a fantastic early relic
