1715 fleet spanish porcelain from china?

So i live on the treasure coast in Florida and I was walking the beach this morning north of wabasso where a few wrecks went down and found two pieces of China in the shells. Im not sure if its from the treasure fleets but they do look very much like they could be. What do you guys think?

The twin is at the Mclarty museum. It is a jeweler's engraving tool. Mel Fisher's agreed, but also suggested as did some others that it might be a vent pick. Turns out the encrusted material is actually wood, good tool handle but rules out vent pick. The museum had added the wood handle to theirs which cinched it for me.
