Well, it wasn't THAT cruel of a joke. Given that it was barely under the surface, I kind of doubted its authenticity even before I saw the tiny COPY stamped into it.

Better it said copy than to keep your hopes up for the rest of the day. I've kinda been there before myself and it's easy to dream and have the money spent, which I think makes it even worse when you get the bad news.
