Ebay - ever the bastion of coin prices - has one for $59.99 with zero bids. Watch it and see where the bidding ends.

RARE 1783 MO Mexico Silver 1 2 Reale El Cazador Shipwreck ANACS Prime Select | eBay

Here's a guide to the Spanish Reales. Yours is Mexico City (the "M" with the little "o" over it)
Coin Value: Spain Spanish Colonial 1/2, 1, 2, 4, and 8 Reales (Carolus III and IIII) 1772 to 1808

The problem is the year. The El Cazador sank in 1784 with a hold full of 500,000 just minted/uncirculated 1783 Reales of various denominations. Glutted the market for 1783 Reales, making them more common than 1928 Philadelphia mint Peace Dollars.

What exactly is suspicious about this coin?

Common, worth about $30.
