Hey guys
Curator at the locale historical soceity said i could detect the grounds of the 1785 house. I was super pumped. I have been doing it for the past week. I have been using both my old idx pro and my new dfx. although the relics have been far and in between the coins have been pleantifull. The first day i got a dateless buffalo. alittle while later i dug a silver wartime nickel. I made my way over to the back of the house and got a solid quarter hit on the dfx. I dug down 5 inches and saw a nice rim of silver. It ended up being my second SLQ ever. A real nice 1927.
A few days later i dug 3 mercury dimes 1923, 1936-s, and a 1943 with my idx pro before i switched to my dfx. I walked no more then 5 feet and got a soild quarter hit. I dug down only 3 inches and saw the nicest CT copper ever. Although its worn and alittle scratched ( not by me) you can read all the words. Before i cleaned it you could see the 1788 aswell.
Totals this week at the house.
1788- Connecticut copper
2- Buffalo nickels one dateless the other 1918
2 -silver wartime nickels 1942-p and 1944-p
3- mercury dimes
1-1927 Standing Liberty Quarter
1-1935 washington quarter
1- 1936 British one penny
thanks for lookin
