1800/79 Draped Bust Large Cent

Hello to all, I picked this up last night and am trying to find some info on the variety and am coming up short. I wanted to post a pic and see what you all think on the grade and type variety. I really would appreciate any help on this one

No, I actually picked this up at a local auction, nobody caught the overdate. I paid about $20 for the coin

It's a great looking coin, from what I gather it does seem to be a S192 hair type 2 making it a pretty rare coin
