Looks like an earlier version of the ones I dug. Mine would be 1880 maybe a tad earlier.
Nice keeper, always liked case gins. Congrats
First one I got was just floating in a gutter stream in the ghost town we dug out.

I really ain’t got any spots besides that park I just usually look for lots cleared in Leland lol. I’m curious on how the creek would look under the water down there at park. I grew up ther in them woods seen some wild stuff there before all these people moved around here lol.

Great looking bottle Calabash! This is probably a dumb question, but I'm curious as to why there are so many relics there in the water. Did the people simply throw their trash into the water back then? Sort of a trash disposal site in an area where digging a trash pit in the land was not feasible because of the high water table?
