1812 War U.S Cross belt plate , Buttons & 1818 Large Cent!

So I decided to go back and do a second dive. About 20 minutes in I got a huge hit. There it was another plate! I found the buttons within a few feet. Then on the way back to the boat launch a beauty 1818 penny. I can't wait to go back!

congratulations on some awesome finds. Actually, your eagle militia button is an outstanding find. It is not one listed in the general reference books. It is not every day you see a button not in the books. and it is in gem like condition to boot. I would actually nominate the button separately as banner. I specialize in buttons and this is one I do not recall seeing before. Congrats! and good luck!
