1817 Large Cent from 1800 House

[xlt nh]

Hit the Coin Spill house this morning and found this Beauty....1817 Large Cent!!!

Couldn't believe it...so much great stuff from this 'hunted out' property...I'm in awe!

Got her soaking in oil for the night..looks like it might clean up nicely.

Very Awesome. Wish I could find one!

[birdman]

Really cool!!! I would love to find one of those.

I likely berry much. Coronet head.

Check when clean to see if it's a 13, or 15 star. The 15 star is worth about 10.00 bucks more in G-4 condition.

That place is an LC honey hole.

I've got three this year, but from all different sites. 1856, 1853, 1832. I love those LC's.

EXXXXcellent!

Sweet coin! Let us see it when it gets cleaned up.

Here she is after a good soaking....13 Star Variety. Backs a little rough, but not bad for being almost 200yrs. old!
