1843 LC found yesterday

Hello everybody.

Found this at my silver park yesterday. Had a nice clear sound and was only
about 5 inches deep. This is my second oldest coin w/ a readable date
1843 (my oldest coin being 1790 2 reale) and it the second LC I've
found since I started MDing. It's holed and in pretty bad shape but it
sure was an unexpected thrill seeing that LC come out of the ground.

Mike, I have an Explorer SE Pro, also have the X1 inline probe ( which I like and use on every
hole I dig.)

Congrats on the LC dig! Looks like you have a great set-up as far as equipment goes. I'm still waiting to find my first LC, and waiting.....and waiting..... ffd
