1851 Token

Found this today. On the front it says Musical Instruments music rooms sheet music merchandise. On the back it says Frederick Starr State Fair 1851 premium pianos No 45474951 main st Rochester. Any info would be great thanks.

He was a pioneer and piano manufacturer in Rochester, NY as indicted by the City of Rochester and Monroe County, NY pioneer association information in this script... c.1860.
