1860 russian 1/2 kopek copper coin (denejka) in decent shape -- value? --

seen one on e bay about in the same condition for $19.00 us --- any ideas? on the book "value"? --my world coins book is only 1901 to 2007 --so its not listed, ---any idea on whats the "lowest grade / price" listed in the "book" for it ?

thanks hummm this one is smooth edged ----but looks just like the 1860 russian 1/2 kopek (denejka)--- might be the "finnish issue" coins--- a slight bit smaller than a modern US cent in size

here in the russia this coin cost near 3-5 $
