1860s Paper Currency Experts here?

I posted in the paper currency thread with no luck. Just wondering if someone here might help. I have 2 1862 State Of Mississippi $5.00 bills. I copied and pasted my thread from paper currencies forum. Thanks in advance!

I bought these in a antique store in Mississippi few years ago and I was hesitant bc there wasn't any proof of authenticity. Just wondering what y'all's opinion is on these. Did I over pay? Are they real? Why is one blue and one red? The Red one looks real to me bc its extremely thin and worn. The blue bill is in superior shape other than the torn corners. Thanks!
