1865 love token bucketlister

Managed to slip in a short hunt in the seated field before the February summer storm lol. Got a rare merc for the seated field. I was headed back to the truck and got a solid indian head type signal. Pulled it out, saw the loop and immediately thought seated love token :headbang:

Turns out to be a 1865 French 50 centimes love token. Still counts though

Thanks. I dont recall seeing any posted lately but they do surface from time to time. Fascinating to think how that coin got in the US and who wore it

Thanks. I may rename the seated field bucketlist field. Ive gotten at least 6 bucketlisters out of there. Seated half, quarter, Barber quarter, trime, 2 cent piece, fatty indian, and now first 19th century foreign silver and love token in one. Dream site for sure
