1867 Half Penny, Austria 1897 2 heller, a 1oz. .999 silver Perth Mint coin, and

Here are my finds for the last few months. The best being the 1oz silver coin which was still in the protective plastic sleeve, the coin was all black (found in a stream), I took a chance cleaning it, I got lucky and it came out looking new. The cross is Sterling and the heart is 14k (1st gold of 2012). Some of the usual finds also a handle to an old brush or mirror with initials on the end (maybe sterling?).
The small pin on the toy lead Indian says “Crowell Club Pledge Womans Home Companion The American Magazine Calliers” (?) screw type fastener on back.

Thanks for getting those pics TommNJ . Ash tray Wonder why there would be a family scene of a mother , daughter holding a doll , embossed on the bottom does not make sense to put cigarette butts out on mom and the little kids . I was thinking baby spoon holder . You are correct about someone is upset about losing the locket . That will be tough to get back to the owner . WTG on getting this thread , going on with some nice old school yard hunts and keep posting more often .. Thanks again and Good Hunting T NJ

Thanks Captaindoodle! I didn't see it on the "Perth Mint of Australia" website, I guess it was released awhile ago. I did see a lot of Gold coins on there .

Thanks again dawg! After someone mention a spoon holder that sounded about right, it's not going anywhere so maybe I'll get some more information on it later on. Well I'm not use to posting finds at this time of the year but with the mild weather, moist ground and minimal vegatation I'm able to sniff out some new finds at the usual spots.
