Terrific group of finds! I don't know which I like better, the awesome 3-cent coin or the beautiful silver and turquoise ring! With all those good finds, you must've been hollering a lot! I think the small silver ring with the leaping elf (brownie) is a Brownie Scout ring, for the youngest girl scouts. Many decades ago, I was a Brownie Scout. HH Andi

Congrats on your finds. I've been swinging off and on for 32 years and have yet to find an 3 cent coin or half dime, they're on the top of my list (I can't wait).

Believe it or not the Franklin half is also on the top of my list as well, I've found very few halves period and they've all been Kennedy's.

Thank ya! ive been lucky to find a few franks and kennedys and 1 beautiful standing liberty half(1941) but this 3cent nickle is pretty special. this area has been pounded ever since woolworth started selling detectors way back when. there just isnt much to find unless your lucky and can get permission to hunt residential yards. ive been detecting only 3 yrs or so and im still green behind the ears but find that going slow and digginn iffy type signals will and has paid off for myself. heres hoping that you find more halves in the future schlepp!
