I went out for a couple hours today to the field with two early-mid 1800s sites this afternoon. I decided to try digging some of the iron signals since my son likes the heavy iron objects and found a nice little hammer head and a cool piece of a gear. I found the token about 6" down in an area I must have gone over 4 times. It is amazing sometimes how these sites just keep giving.

Some times the coil has to be in a certain direction to pick up the target
