This coin has strong doubling on the reverse. I cannot seem to find the exact same one in the cherry pickers guide. There is strong doubling in the arrowheads however, they are hard to see in the photographs. I’m just looking for any information I can get on this coin, whether it is worth grading or just throwing it on Ebay and if it were to be graded, is there a designated cherry pickers item number for this error any information would be appreciated. Also, there could be more doubling in the flowers and such that I didn’t notice. Also, would anybody happen to know a price range for this coin in this condition?

I think this will require further investigation on your part because there is no mention of DDR in the following link. But, according to PCGS, the 8 tail feather version has a mintage of only 749,500. The PCGS site has good magnifier of the 7, 7/8 & 8
tail feather comparison in the upper right corner of the page.
Below on the page it explains about the 8 tail feather coin that was changed to a 7 tail feather after about 750,000 of the 8 tail feather coins were minted.
It says that DMPL (Deep Mirror Prooflikes) are very rare.
"The first Morgan Dollars bore 8 Tail Feathers, which apparently is an ornothologic impossibility, since bald eagles have seven tail feathers. This error was corrected later in the year but not until nearly three-quarters of a million dollars were made with the 8 Tail Feather reverse. This is a fairly common date that can be found in average Uncirculated grades but is scarce in Gem condition. Prooflike examples make up a small portion of the surviving population and Deep Mirror Prooflikes are an even a smaller subset, although both can be found with relative ease. In MS-64 and better conditions, DMPL 1878 8TF dollars are very rare."
Your coin looks like it is pretty great shape, so having it graded is up to you. Coin World has values of; $80 for a VF-20, $93 for an EF-40, $130 for an AU-50, & $190 for an AU-58. Nice coin.
Good luck.
