Spotted this on eBay and thought it looked interesting and wondered if someone might be able to identify it, The seller apparently doesn?t know what it is and has it listed and described by the title of this post. Other than that I can?t add any details.

The title covers a lot of bases...Googled R. P. C. E. E. to see if anything pops up - nothing that made sense. Looked at the eBay listing and see it is being shipped from AZ. Was hoping R. P. C. E. E. might be local. No luck (yet).

I wonder if it is a railroad medal or award of some kind.

I can't decide what the second letter is but it doesn't look lie a "P". I am also unsure about the "C" but I think that it is correct.

Actually I think it is an "S" .

I thought that might be a possibility....but it wasn't formed until just over 20 years ago.

That and the fact that it's not a "P". :laughing7:

Could the second letter be an I? The second letter on the other side looks more like an S and they’re not the same.

RI could potentially be Rhode Island (or a thousand other things!)

The C.E.E. Could be school related. Those initials show up often as Center ( or Commission) for Excellence in Education. There's a National Commission on Excellence in Education.currently. Again just a thought.
