Anyone collecting these Are you missing this year It a phillymint .The guy at the local coin (er ripoff joint) was offering me $56.00 for it. Let me know if you need it lets make a deal .One more thing The rip off joint guy wanted $50.00 to give it his stamp of approval for insurance purposed .That why I think its worth more than he offered

For anyone to offer $56 for an 1896 Morgan, it would have to be in AU-UNC condition. But without a photo of the obverse/reverse of the coin, that's just opinion. If you are serious about getting someone to send you an offer, you really need to prove condition of the coin by providing photos.

Even photos can be enhanced, so some coin buyers won't offer anything until a coin has been certified by an unbiased 3rd party. For a coin you've been offered $56 for, I wouldn't go to the expense of having the coin graded and certified. But if you hope to get top dollar, you've also got to prove your case.
