This was going to be an early Spring spot, but who would have thought a week of 50 to 60 degree days in Feb. with no snow, in Michigan:hello2: It is woods now, so ground was soft 000_0040.webp000_0041.webp000_0042.webp000_0043.webp000_0045.webp000_0046.webp102_8762.webp The handle from a letter opener, I think. Lead with blade missing. A couple injuns 1881 and 1883. A Michigan Ax head. And what I have been told is an antique shot shell. First time to this site, got to beat the leaves and skeeters:BangHead: And a very large tree

Still froze here too. 4 inches of mud on top of frozen ground, in the stubble fields. Woods is where it is at, this time of the year
