18th Century engraved guy with sword cuff link and more

Got out today to one of my old sites in Savannah and saved some history. I have been back using the XP Deus HF Elliptical coil at Frequency 28kHz, Reactivity 3, and I'm glad that I did. The find of the day for me was this 18th century engraved cuff link (which is similar in style to the Jolly Tar cuff link that I found last winter). Not sure about it's story yet?

It's brass.

I think it is part of a pewter spoon or fork handle. The Engraving is some intitials (RHH maybe?) and what looks like 2 people with their arms up below the initials.
