1904 penny on the surface!

Was walking back to the truck after finding the finds in the first photo when I stumbled on the 1904 Indian penny sticking mostly out of the dirt. Been thru this specific spot a few times with the Fisher and no coins. It's an old water way in the mining camp from previous posts. Southern Colorado rain moves the dirt a lot!

Thanks! No I'm actually on the other side of CO. Right outside of Trinidad. Durango is a nice place though!

You know I have yet to positively identify any finds as Spanish. I did hear they passed thru tho. Maybe some day!
