1908 D Barber Dime, Ornate Copper Chain, Large Skeleton Key, 4 Buttons, Hunting Knife

Haven't been out detecting since Easter. It was raining on and off and I managed a 6 hour day in the field. It was nice to find silver, but that coin is trashed. I imagine it changed many hands in my small town through the Depression. The small chain had one attachment loop which broke off in my pocket and I lost it. I joke the key went to the local dungeon. Looked at a lot of iron, some of it colonial. Tough to squeeze valuables out of overgrown farmland.

Funny thing .... I found a Barber Dime last week - it's also a 1908-D.
