1909s IHP goes for 6,900 on ebay

I came across this item on ebay with 10 minutes left the current bid at the time was 5,100 and it ended at 6,900. I think it was graded at ms65. Red book shows ms63 at 1,100. So what do others think? Is it worth that much?
