I Had to get out this morning, I had the liberty card from the wife and it wasnt raining, here are my finds: 1930s coty airspun powder box, 1945 wheat, gold colored JCL Shabeck button, my second U.S. button, NY Button works button, a cool Britain London toy soldier With green base, Im not sure how old the figurine is but i like it. Alas I got the sweet 1913 Republic of china coin, it was about 8 inches deep, one side looks like crossed flags and the other side looks like a possible plant or flower?? I also recovered the 1941 remington arms bullet. I was really hoping the powder compact had coins inside but only broken glass, This Spot has always given up some goodies, Im really not caring about my Silver coin slump to me old buttons are just as good, thanks for looking oh by the way tom76 n roy that spot is done son!

Great work Scott. Is this where we have been going the last 2 weeks? Nice soldier. Buttons are nice too.

Stay out of my spot damn it! That's some great finds. I really can't wait to see that coin. It looks like there's a lot of writing around the edge. Nice!!!

yeap got the coin by the road, the eagle button next to the building and the compact case by the tennis cts

I looked today at information that showed 3 different generations of barracks and support buildings in these fields before being torn down in the 1980s. In addition, two fields have 40 year old sports fields and another has a 30 YO sport field. Oh, BTW, I found documentation that the road that runs through here on the north was an 1850s military and transport road running to Fort Nisqually. Lotsa deep possibilities...

Well done! Great finds!!
