First off I would like to say that I'm new to the site...and I love it! Thank you! Since this is my first post, I hope I'm doing this right.
Unfortunately, due to health complications I'm having pull out my stash of coins and sell what I can. So, I've been doing a lot of research to help me identify errors and varieties... I'm kind of a junkie for the abnormal... but I think the more I look and read the more unsure I become. This '22 Peace dollar is a favorite of mine and I've had it for a few decades. After reading on PCGS, Vamworld.com, and many other websites I'm still not sure if this coin is something worth paying to have it graded or not. I'm hoping you all can help me. :)

There's few details that I thought were worth noting: The few pieces of hair trailing off the bun, which isn't in some of the photo's of the '22's on PCGS and Heritage; the possible CUD line or Die Gouge between the T and Y, (and from an angle it looks like there's a vertical line stemming off the gouge line making it look almost like a letter T); and there's a lot of details especially in the hair and feathers, which I didn't see on some of the others that received high MS ratings.

Weird side note: Vamworld.com states, "Peace dollars were only struck at two branch mints, San Francisco and Denver. All "S" mint marks are the micro "S" variety. All "D" mint marks are of the Micro "D" variety, except a Medium "D" was used for some 1934 VAMs."
Thought I'd share and maybe learn something new from those more educated/experienced in this than me.

I appreciate you sharing your opinions!!
