Very cool badge -

Wonder who it belonged to?

That's a very cool newsboy's badge! I found a 1913 Detroit newsboy's badge many years ago while digging for bottles. I still have it.

Unfortunately it's gone.

cool badge...love finding those kinds of relics :icon_thumleft: :icon_thumleft:

I called the news paper today and asked them to assist in finding the records of who were the news boys in 1933.

They are doing some research with hopes of helping me find the owner or the family of the owner.

They are meeting me today to take pictures so they can run an article about it and hopefully we can find the owner or his family. :icon_thumright:

I would LOVE to return this to the original owner if at all possible, but if I could get this to his son/daughter that would be almost as good.

I'll keep you all updated.

That is a cool old badge.

Never saw one before.

HH Jer
