1942 nickel at 6"

My son found his oldest coin, a 42 war nickel the other day. He was in heaven for a bit. Although no mint mark and therefore not silver he was very excited. I love a 7 year old's reaction to things.

Cool find. I found mine the other day too but not sure about the mint marks and all that. Mine had a P on it but hey it's awesome no matter what and i'm 43 lol.. Enjoy the hobby and make some great memories. Best wishes.
