1943 S Steel. Wheat Penny

Used to collect coins here and there then throw them in a box . I recently was sorting throu a box and came across several wheat pennies. And this coin stood out to me. I couldnt put my mind around it but it eventually came to me. Maybe its me, ive not ever seen this before and it is probably nothing and just a common thing. Can someone explain it. Im intrigued.

Stains, corrosion, etc. can look like any number of things if you look hard enough. Sort of like looking for shapes in clouds. There is really no way the image of a face could be there from the mint.
