1952a 2 dollar red seal cut off-centered value

It's a circulated note I found in circ. the bill is printed or cut very off center. I'll post a pic later but wanted to see if anyone knew if this was rare. Thanks!

I have some silver certificates. The serial numbers on the left side do not match the right side.
