Hi all
I found this sweet little 1950's Lesney matchbox car today.

I love the patina and the way the wheels have sunken in, giving it a real rat rod look
I had to get creative with the pics.













This is what it should look like. I think mine looks better



Btw it's been a long time since I posted on here. I haven't stopped detecting, just been slack.

I will share some recent finds when I make the time to take some photos.

For years, I would just toss or leave those little toy cars.......now, I keep 'em, too , and have a box full. Some are pretty old. Nice job on the pics.

You ought to submit it to GMC and see if they will make a life size one like it for you. It may be a new concept car revival.
