Hello!

My wife & I gabbed some food and had a picnic on the grounds of the University of Oregon tonight. After we ate she laid out in the grass and read a book while I did a little detecting. The sun sure is going down earlier & earlier every day! It was dark by 7:30 tonight ~ I barely got to detect for an hour!

I ended up getting one silver coin ~ a 1963-D Rosie dime. I also dug a 1945-S Wheat cent, 4 clad quarters, 10 clad dimes, three nickels, and 28 memorial cents. Not bad for only an hour of hunting!

Thanks for looking!
Neil

Nice one Neil
One coin in a picture, when you literally found one short of four dozen, is not "sharing" ;D

Congrats on the silver! HH, Mike

Congrats on the silver rosie! WTG Neil
I guess we need to stick closer to home to find anymore silver coins :icon_scratch:
See you this weekend Gold Nuggets :icon_jokercolor:

Neil,

Makes you wonder how much obtainable silver could possibly be left there, but I bet there's still lots more! Keep at it!

See you soon,

Mike

That is a great plan! Too bad we have to work for a living! LOL

Always good to find silver...been a long dry spell for me.

1963 dime is awesome for less then an hour of detecting! :)

Way to go Nice silver dime.

Nice find!

I can't get the Mrs. to go out on a hunt for the life of me. Might have something to do with the fact that any given "short hunt" can turn into a 7 hour marathon......
