Not silver, but is worth 5 cents in exchanhe value.

Worth 20 cents in collector's value.

For Switzerland, all coins below 1/2 franc (20 rappen, 10 rappen, 5 rappen, 2 rappen, and 1 rappen) were never silver. The rest were silver until 1967.
