Problem is, you'd be hard pressed to find a person who would pay $.25 for that penny.

I do not know who "they" are, but the coin pictured is NOT a proof. At least my trifocal assisted eyes do not see a proof. If I am wrong, I am sure someone will let me know why.

Time for more coffee.
 

From 1968 to 1974, the San Francisco Mint produced both Business Strike Lincoln Cents for circulation and Proof Lincoln Cents for Proof Sets.
