Sorry but it is just strong and slightly rotated Machine Doubling often called Strike Doubling.

Agree, not valuable as such but its pretty cool.

During that time period the mint marks were added to the die by hand. Because of that the only thing that a mint mark could be is an rpm, not doubling. That's usually the first clue it's md.
