I am wiling to go out on a limb here and say it is worth 25 cents.
 

I dont see any form of doubling on the coin.

There are many coin manufacturing defects which result in a doubling.

There are double strikes, slide doubling on proofs, doubling inside / doubling outside the result of polishing the dies, and 7 different forms of hub doubling. These are design, distended, distorted, modified, offset, pivoted, and rotated.
