1983 Penny Double Die error

Please take a look at this 1983-p Lincoln. Shows doubling on the reverse. Also found two blank planchets today.

Yes, I was wondering about machine doubling as the edges are more flattened not rounded. The blank planchets were good though. I bought a mint sealed bag of older copper pennies, and that's where the blanks came from.
