1984 i/2 question

5 boxes since last friday and nada(all wrapped in yellow)but i did come across an oddball its a 1984 and above the "in god" its stamped 1960 and above the we trust its stamped 1980.it almost looks like someone punched it themselves,any ideas?thanks

Found one myself...as have others here...Think people are selling them on e-bay. Someone suggested they were made as a novelty. Hope this helps!

Most of those found were plated. Were yours? I also found a plated 1986P that was stamped 1960 / 1985. Anyone else get other dates besides 1960/1980
