1988 $1 bill offset border

Was going thru some old bills, found a half dozen crisp 1935 and ‘57 silver certs which are fairly common but does this oddball have any value? Thanks for any reply.

Ebay sellers are getting a premium for this type of bill (look up 'misaligned bill').
'Significant misalignments would show part of the adjoining bill.
