not sure about this any ideas? i can not get a good pic of liberty with this cam , there is also a shadow of bust showing a double chin and nose it is hard to see thanks for takin a look

What you have there is machine doubling. There is no added value. The mint marks were added to the master die starting in 1990, so it can't be an RPM.

is that so when the date marks are separate from the others ? , need a new cam to take betters pics

The date is engraved into the die also. What I actually see happening to your coin is an appearance of die deterioration. The die has become worn and this is causing a ripple away from the lettering.
