Got back out in the yard yesterday. Came away with my first War Nickel, a 1945. Also got my second skeleton key, a large unknown bullet, and an empty casing that is stamped DWM 1913. After searching online we believe the bullet and casing are WW1 German souvenirs brought back home.

We're hoping to get some help with the button. We believe its Civil War issue. It has an eagle on the front and looks exactly like several we found online. The back of the button says "SUPER FINE COLOUR".

We appreciate any help with this button we just want to be sure of what we found. Thanks.

ITS AN EAGLE BUTTON WITH THE SHANK INTACT. THATS A GOOD FIND!!! COULD BE CIVIL WAR. CAN YOU READ ON THE BACK WHERE IT WAS MADE?

large bullet looks to be a .50 cal take a measurement the weight should be up in the 700s range , but nice hunt happy hunting

Can't see anything on the back but the "SUPER FINE COLOUR" around the edge. The shank is bent down possibly covering an ID under it? I'm in PA along the Blue Mountain so it's a possibility that troops coming south would've crossed the mountain and come right by my house which was originally built as a tavern in 1850.

Very cool finds
