Congrats on the corbel bell! Doesn't matter what size they are it's always a smile on the mug when retrieving them. In my assortment of dug bells they date back to the 16-17th century.
The greatest part of getting a dug bell is tooth picking the dirt out, then bell rinsing it out, then just hearing it jingle after 100's of yrs of being silenced in the dirt is so cool.
Not many finds will function after being dug as this-that's why these little keepers are so special to me.
Display it well, pick it up jingle it every once in a while, and you will see what I mean, it's just something about them that makes a person smile within.
